PLANTS DETAILS AND ITS RANGE

Water treatment plants

These water treatment plants that we manufacture make use of to remove turbidity, sand, silica, microbiological impurities in water and also cationic and anionic impurities in water. Our water treatment plants are used for removing any kind of dirt particles and impurities. Our product has been useful in the disinfectant of many impurities, and has made the water safer to be used for all purpose.

We are also fabricating the WTP in MS with Rubber line and epoxy paint or in FRP line. We are using a different kind and latest form of methodology as per process requirements, we try to meet the fabricating demand of the systems fabrications for purification as well conditioning of raw water. They are designed to effectively handle both physical and chemical treatment processes.






SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT

Our sewage treatment plants are well acknowledged for their easy operation, reliable and durable features. They are widely used in various sectors such as industries, hotels, schools & other institutions, corporate offices, housing societies, etc. They have been designed with utmost precision by where these plants are assembled by using several raw materials with the latest machines. They have always been a considerable choice over other manufacturers, suppliers of these products.
We offer the most simple and economical system for treatment of sludge and laundry water based by using the Physical – chemical separation process, followed by disinfection and filtration. With this process the water is 100% recovered for washing, flushing, cooling etc.
We are expert for STP plant in SBR and MBR process. Currently also working on MBBR process in textile industries and others.
 

EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANT(ETP)

Along with this, the offered range of industrial reverse osmosis plants is available in 100lph to 3000lph. However is a higher capacity such as up to 50000lph.

DEMINERALISATION PLANT

DM Plant in various sizes ranging from 500 ltrs/hrup to 50 m3/hr and above. These are manufactures using FRP pressure vessel and MS vessels internal distribution and collection system, multiport or individual valves, piping, century for acid or alkali injection, solution tanks, for acid and caustic, test kit, conductivity meters etc. These units are available with multiport or individual valves. We offercationic and anionicresin of either ion exchange make for better water quality. We can also reduce the TDS and conductivity from water, super charge resin used after RO plant.

 


WATER SOFTENING PLANT

We offer Water Softening Plants in various sizes that range from 200 ltrs/hrup to 100 m3/hr and above. This Water Softener Plant is available from us in FRP and in MS. They are manufacture by a team of experts who uses FRP pressure vessel MS vessels in epoxy paint and in MSRL, piping, multiport or individual valves, internal distribution and collection system, venture for salt tank, salt injection, test kit etc.
